Export your data

Sign in and open Settings. In Export Data, select a space, choose JSON or Markdown, then select Download Export. Repeat for other spaces you want to keep.

Exports contain stored memory content. Browser-encrypted memories still need their original encryption key to become readable. Downloading an export does not reset or remove encryption.

Keep downloaded files private. Export formats are not a guarantee of a complete account backup or automatic re-import compatibility. If a download fails, keep your existing data and contact support with the error message, without sending keys or private memories.
