Save your first memory

The fastest way to save your first memory is directly from an MCP-connected client like Claude Desktop or Cursor: just ask your assistant to remember something, and it will call the `unimatrix_store_memory` tool automatically once your MCP connection is configured.

You can also save memories manually from the web dashboard: go to Dashboard → New Memory, choose (or create) a Space and Location to file it under, type or paste the content, and save.

The browser extension offers a third path — right-click any selected text on a page (e.g. in ChatGPT, Claude Web, or Gemini) and choose "Save to Unimatrix" to store it instantly.

Once saved, that memory is available to any other connected MCP client or device signed into the same account.
